RENTAL CONDITIONS COTTAGE

Article 1 : length of stay :

The signatory of this contract for a fixed period may in no circumstances invoke any right to tenure of stay.


Article 2 : conclusion of the contract :

The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total price of the room and a copy of the contract signed before the date shown on this above. A second copy is kept by the customer.

The contract between the two parties hereto shall in no way benefit even partially to third persons or entities without the written consent of the owner.

Any breach of this clause may result in the immediate termination of the stay the wrongs of the customer, the stay remaining definitively the owner.


Article 3 : cancellation by the customer :

All cancellations must be notified by registered letter to the owner.

Cancellation before arrival at the scene: the deposit is forfeited to the owner. This may require the balance of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date of entry into the premises.

If the customer does not respond within 24 hours of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and the owner can dispose of his house. The deposit is also the owner who demand the remaining balance.

If the stay is shortened, the cost of living remains with the owner. There will be no refund.

Article 4 : cancellation by the owner :

The owner pays to the customer the full amount paid.


Article 5 : advent :

The customer must be present on the day and time specified in the contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner.


Article 6 : payment of the balance :

The balance of the total price is paid one month before arrival. The customer does not pay the balance by the agreed date is considered to have canceled his visit. Therefore, the provision is again offered for sale and no refund will be made.


Article 7 : inventory :

An inventory is jointly established and signed by the customer and the owner in and out of the house. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute regarding the state of play.

The cleanliness of the house to the client's arrival will be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the customer during his stay and before departure. The amount of any cleaning fee is based on the calculation mentioned in the description.

Article 8 : deposit or bond :

With the arrival of the client, a deposit in the amount indicated in the description is requested by the owner. After the establishment of the contradictory state of output, the deposit is refunded, minus the cost of repair of the premises, if damage were observed.

In case of early departure preventing the establishment of an inventory, the deposit is returned within a period not exceeding one week.


Article 9 : Use of premises :

The customer must ensure the peaceful character of the house and make use of in the designated places.


Article 10 : capacity :

This contract is for a maximum capacity. If the number of customers exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse the extra people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.


Article 11 : animals :

This contract specifies whether the customer may or may not stay in the company of an animal. In case of non compliance, the owner may deny access places for animals. In this case, modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.


Article 12 : insurance :

The customer is responsible for all damages caused by him. It is required to be provided by a resort type of insurance policy for these risks.
